Pig Tails
Its a beautiful day when a hair dressers daughter wears pig tails for the first time!
As you can tell, she wouldn't sit still for a picture and the piggies lasted all of ten seconds. The little white bows are made by yours truly!
Cant believe how quickly my little girl is growing up.

Happy Halloween
My daughter was scared of my cat make up. She would not let me hold her and ran away from me. It was so heartbreaking.
And there is our cute little family. The Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe Doctor
First house trick or treating.
She was unsure but once she got the hang of it she loved it.
Did I mention I have the coolest neighbors ever? They fry up real scones, with honey butter. Delish. Another neighbor cooks hot dogs and we hang out on their driveway. How fun is that? It made trick or treating with a tiny kid, pretty fun. We made it to two houses and then hung out with our friends for a while.
I think playing in the candy bucket was the best part for her.
She had a blast pulling it all out and putting it back in.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Pumpkin Patch
They had this cute little area where the girls could dress up in princess clothes and dance around on stage. Madison loved WATCHING the girls, but was not a fan when we put her up there.
Me with my princess.
I love when you ask strangers to take your pictures... you never know what you're going to get. Oh, well.
But for real though.. the cutest pumpkin in the patch.
My pumpkin modeling her small orange felt bow clip that momma made.
Her hair kills me. Strangest. Growing. Pattern. Ever!
Then we got lost in the corn maze.
Man, now that we have a kid, we almost never take pictures just to two of us anymore. *sniffle*

Family Update
I haven't done one of these in a while and I figured everyone would like to know what we are up to.
Zach: After a summer of dealing with stupid teachers, he has graduated with two BS degrees in Emergency Administration and Biology. He is still working at the hospital in the ER and loving it. He is also teaching paramedic school at the fire academy 2 evenings a week. He is still running the Emergency Response Team he started on campus but now that he has graduated, he has become the facility adviser! He gets to be home with us more often but he is still a VERY busy guy. We are awaiting interviews for medical school, so keep praying for us. Fingers crossed we hear back soon and can begin the moving process. They have till the end of the year to answer. woof.
Me: I am a stay at home Mom these days but am staying busy with lots of extra projects. I started a bow company and enjoy doing that most nights a week.(link in sidebar) I am still a hairdresser just with fewer clients now. And I also recently started working as a company trainer for WakeUpNow.
.... As if being a toddler Mom wasn't exhausting enough.
Madison: Is ONE year now! Crazy. I still can't get my head around it. Now has 8 teeth and working on a couple more. Has a head size in the 97%. Yikes. (everything else in the 50%) She is a walking, talking, mess making, screaming, dancing, loud, ball of energy. She still isn't a great napper but it has improved. She enjoys being out and about more than being stuck inside. I don't know what I'm going to do when it starts to snow. We will hopefully be starting a "mommy and me" class for her in the next couple weeks. She is now a picky eater and hates veggies, which she used to love. She keeps me on my toes and want to rip my hair out sometimes but hey, that's parenthood.
